Great Customer Experience

Ordered item overseas (America) received it in a short few weeks (pretty reasonable) and Amazon fudged things up (think due to 3rd party use of parcel delivery) and kept suggesting that item was “on its way but late” when in fact it had already been here. Notified team at Rarewaves and they misunderstood thinking I never got it and emailed me saying a new LP would be on its way at no charge and now here I am writing a review on behalf of their great customer service. I got to them on time so no new item was sent but the fact that they found this the appropriate way to remediate was pleasing nonetheless. It was for Lord Echo’s “Harmonies” btw, great “chill” and ambient layback/tropical/funk album. Happy doing business with them, look forward to more transactions in the future

I am still waiting for my package.

I am still waiting for my package. They didn't gave me a tracking number. To see when it's arrive and sent back to them to get a refund.

Great customer service!

We have been very impressed with the customer service of this company. Sophie has been extremely helpful and efficient in rectifying a problem.
I ordered Codenames Duo for a friend who is very unwell. It arrived in a damaged condition, but when I notified the company of the issue they ensured it was replaced promptly. I have been very impressed with Rarewaves and would use them again.

Hit and miss

Ordered a vinyl, never showed up after 3 weeks... Refunded due to no replacement available which to be fair was swiftly done. Same vinyl, back in stock weeks later, ordered again... 1 week later London to the Midlands, still nothing in the post.... Now this may well turn up but I am starting to think they have never had this item to send to me and will be suprised if I get it this time round given the time taken already... History repeating itself? Hope not!!
Update 10/3 didnt arrive again and refunded. I am confident they never had this in stock at all... How can you pretend to send something? Disgraceful

Rarewaves is great

Rarewaves is great ! Variety of product , many choices in cheap , reasonable price . Customer service is supportive and helpful when i had a case .Worth my pay and i love buying from Rarewaves !

NOT A PROBLEM WITH RAREWAVES AND BEING…

NOT A PROBLEM WITH RAREWAVES AND BEING A MASSIVE PROBLEM WITH THE ROYAL MAIL SERVICE. I ordered a box cd music box . With being two week late
I contacted rarewaves London and explained the problem with a problem they where good enough to mail out a replacement order 10 out of 10 service

Product did not arrive. No updates whatsoever.

Unfortunately the product that I order did not arrive.
I ordered on 19.01 to the Czech Republic. On your website it is stated that to ship to Europe takes 7-10 working days.
I am afraid I will not get my product.
I will wait for another 5 days and I will have to ask for refund.

Would recommend, Great service

I received my item but it was the wrong one, I got in touch with their customer service and the correct one was sent out. No issues would defiantly use this company again.
